Park are punished by division leaders

GEORGE and Dragon head division one of the Tameside Ladies Bowling League after a comprehensive victory at Stoneleigh Park.
Second-placed Friezland A whitewashed Lime Street while there were wins for Carrbrook over Saddleworth, Diggle against Stamford Park and Royton Park over Tintwistle.
Division two leaders St Pauls were victorious at Riverside, keeping them clear of Norths who defeated King Georges.
Elsewhere, there were victories for Cedar Park A, Etherow and Uppermill against Cedar Park B, Lowes Arms and Hyde Park respectively.
Dukinfield Park A's win at Soroptimists keeps them top of division three ahead of Stalybridge Labour who went down at Woodley.
The other games saw Dukinfield Park B beat Victoria Park B, Gamesley defeat Stalybridge Rec and Manor Park prevail against Friezland B.
