Division one leaders George prevail for Park triumph

THE latest round of Tameside Ladies Bowling League matches saw division one leaders George and Dragon win at Royton Park.
Nearest challengers Stamford Park were not in action, but they were joined on 52 points by Tintwistle.
Division two table-toppers Etherow won at King Georges to stay ahead of Lowes Arms, victors at Uppermill.
Elsewhere, Dukinfield Park B's lead in division three was cut after they were humbled by their A side and Woodley beat Stalybridge Rec.
