JAY Hind I went top of the Ashton and Oldham Cricket Alliance after their two weekend wins coupled with Radclyffe I's loss at St Anne's.

Saturday saw them defeat Waterhead Methodist by 157 runs, making 190-6 before Suresh's 6-14 dismissed Waterhead for 33.

The following day saw Mitesh hit 73 and Dharmesh 59 in their 213-5 against St Anne's who were 109 all out in reply.

Jitesh's 4-22 helped Bharat dismiss Europa Exiles for 77 before they reached 78-6 in reply despite Clinton taking 4-35.

St Anne's were 128-run winners against Radclyffe I, making 196-7 batting first before Daubney's 5-26 and Branham's 4-15 bowled Radclyffe out for 68.

St Mary's OPC won by three wickets against St Mary's HC, having dismissed them for 162.

Radclyffe II were 59 all out against Cane Studios who lost one wicket in reaching their target.

Jay Hind II made 105-6 against Levenshulme Cavaliers who won by nine wickets.
