OLDHAM RLFC's original colours are set to be revived in a stunning new retro kit available for sale just in time for christmas.
The club's original amber and black hooped shirts were first worn during their inaugural match against Stalybridge at Sugar Meadow, Glodwick in 1876 and could now make the ideal festive gift for the rugby league fan in your life.
The Oldham Rugby League Heritage Trust has commissioned a limited edition of the shirts manufactured in quality cotton.
They feature the club's first-ever badge, an embroidered OFC (Oldham Football Club as it was then known) with 'Oldham FC Est 1876' underneath.
This shirt, the first in a series of retro-shirts to be marketed by the Trust, is available from the first week of December either directly from the Trust or the club shop in Waterloo Street.
They cost £39.99 each and are available in S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL sizes.
