Savings on rugby tickets

OLDHAM Roughyeds have announced their 2007 season and match-day ticket prices.

Only the Main Stand upper and lower tiers at Boundary Park will be open next season, but there will be a £2 reduction (compared to 2006) in match-day prices for adults and OAPs.

The Main Stand upper price will be £13 for adults and £9 for OAPs and concessions. Reduce that by £1 if you prefer to sit in the lower block.

All children under the age of 16 will pay £5 on any given match-day.

Season tickets provide great value for money, however.

To gain entry to three Northern Rail Cup group games and 11 National League Two games, adult tickets in the Main Stand upper will cost £155 if purchased before December 23.

Tickets in the lower block cost £143 if purchased early.

Tickets purchased between December 23 and January 13 will set you back £173 (upper) and £160 (lower block).

OAPs and concession season tickets will cost £107 (upper) and £95 (lower block) if purchased before December 23.

A saving of 15 per cent can be made by purchasing a season ticket, and they can be secured by taking advantage of an easy payment plan.

That involves making a 25 per cent payment before November 30, and then three more payments in December, January and February.

Junior Roughyeds (under-16s) can take advantage of a great season ticket price of £35, which includes admission to ALL home and away games, that's six National League Cup games and 22 National League games.
