Angels taking Harte

HEYSIDE Angels’ under-16s’ claret team saw Emma Harte’s goal give them a 1-1 draw when they faced Oldham Athletic last weekend.
The under-13s’ Inter squad beat Curzon Ashton 3-2 thanks to Paige Rowland, Sophie Montgomery and an own goal, while the clarets lost 3-2 to Harpurhey United despite goals for Bethan Robinson and Kelly Ward.
Alix Sephton netted as the under-12s lost 2-1, also against Harpurhey United.
The under-11s’ Inter side beat Oldham Athletic 3-1 courtesy of Caitlin Senior, Tanishia Williams and an own goal, while the clarets defeated Uppermill 4-0 thanks to Alicia Stretton and Ella Milovanovic (two each).
The under-10s’ white team beat Curzon Ashton 13-0 with Ella Rigby, Lavinia Whitehead (four each), Emily Kay, Molly Taylor (two each) and Casey Stretton netting.
The derby between the whites and the Devils ended 1-1, Emily Pennells and Ellie Morrison scoring respectively.
