LATICS boss John Sheridan hopes defender John Thompson has put his injury nightmares behind him.
An injury-ravaged season saw Thompson make a handful of appearances before succumbing to a knee problem in March.
Sheridan said: "Thommo’s been doing well, hopefully he’ll join in training this week.It’s been very frustrating for him but he’s worked hard all summer and is hopefully back fully fit.He’s looking forward to getting back into training."
