Second spot secured

OLDHAM ended their 2008 Lake Garage CLL season with a seven-wicket victory over Radcliffe which secured second spot in the table.
Fielding first, Oldham dismissed Radcliffe for a paltry 95 before replying with 97-3 to take maximum points.
Werneth also finished 2008 with victory, defeating Clifton by the same margin after bowling them out for 112 and replying with 114-3.
Crompton lost by eight wickets against Littleborough after they were dismissed for 104, while there was no play between Royton and Unsworth.
