BAMFORD Fieldhouse are now top of the Armstrongs Saddleworth and District Cricket League table following victory at previous leaders Heyside.
Half-centuries from Paddy McKeown and Darren Shadford took Bamford to 142-3 after Heyside were 139 all out.
Moorside went into third place with a 10-wicket rout of Saddleworth, Francis Sutherland making 95 not out in their 142-0 after skittling their opponents for 140.
Zeehan Khan hit 141 as Uppermill’s game against Austerlands was washed out with the latter on 106-5 chasing Uppermill’s 216 all out.
Droylsden beat Greenfield by seven wickets, reaching 123-3 having dismissed their opponents for 122.
