Council loses 'weak' rating

OLDHAM Council is celebrating dumping its tag as a "weak" local authority and achieving promotion to a two-star government rating.

   If services have improved how come my home help as had to be cancelled by the under 65s Carers from 23rd December. It was just fine until it was reorganised, now its in chaos.
