Bungling teen burglars are caught red-handed

TWO prolific teenage burglars proved they weren’t quite the criminal masterminds they thought they were after being caught in the act.
A 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, locked himself in the car he was trying to steal when confronted by its owner.

It seems that they are VERY well known to the Police !!!!, well now that they have been caught "RED HANDED" -- yet again !!! -- lets give them a proper lesson, not just 8 months in an institution !!!! Just a pity that the Householder concerned did not meet out his own form of Justice to the little **** !!!! With cases like this ever on the increase it must surely be time to give REAL DETERRENTS ????, OTHERWISE LAW ABIDING RESIDENTS WILL BE FORCED TO START FORMING VIGILANTE GROUPS IN ORDER TO PROTECT THEMSELVES AND THEIR BELONGINGS !!!
